    maintenance of KPI dashboards (MM creations, forecast accuracy, MM requests management,

    Projects: Material Master item review and phase out of obsolete data (data item use and
    dependency review, change management), EMEA Phone Systems upgrades for Customer
    Service.

    Achievements: 100K USD saved on MM maintenance: 600 scripts created, 400K+ records maintained, over a
