    (BP extension & El-MERK LPG and Southern field project ALGERIA) position shared as Administrator, IT / Technical assistant
    Administration tasks and responsibilities in Southern field project:

    * 1- Issuing work Authorization permit summary for expats.
    * 1- Process visa application and arrange all docs required and submit to embassy / consulate
    * 1- Follow up expatriate files with National labor department (authorization letter and work permit)
    * 1- Follow up translation of certificates and diplomas. ;
    * 1- Follow up all issues with Algerian Government authorities.
    * 1- Follow up the Work permits for the new joining and update the expired work permit.
    * 1- Preparing files for Finger Print for the new employees and follow up& renewal of expired Residence.
    * 1- Update the expired Desert Pass, (oil & gas industrial area )
    * 1- Prepare and assist Expats for Medical Check. ;
    * 1- Coordinate with safety Dept the issuance of PPE and induction for the new recruit or visitors

    Administration tasks and responsibilities Hassi Messaoud Algeria Training Center ``El-MERK LPG Project'':
    * 1. Control of external & internal docs which is related to Training Center organization
    * 1. Issue and prepare / coordinate with Doc controller for incoming and outgoing Doc.
    * 1. Answer or / prepare correspondences / follow up on TC docs control activities to ensure action is being taken
    * 1. Create, develop & maintain and update specialized and custom forms docs data base, log files etc ...
    * 1. Organize maintain confidential documents; notify on urgent basis all training center personnel of all received and revised docs by Email.
    * 1. Train and orient a newly hired instructors / trainers on the new doc sourcing and process using Z drive system organization , and using outlook system
    * 1. Coordinate with training center management and others department / instructors minute of meeting (MoM) and Attend Department on behalf of training coordinator.
    * 1. Perform others related duties and assignments as required line managers and instructors / trainers
    * 1. Follow up and Update the RR plan & request; ;
    * 1. Arrange travel schedules /hotel reservation booking for domestics/international business meeting, seminars, RR /annual leave and training
    * 1. Prepare and submit timesheet of TC's employees for general manager's approval for payroll inclusion
    * 1. Follow up the time sheet for Employee local and Expats as well.

    IT tasks and responsibilities in BP extension Project:

    * 1- Install new / rebuild existing servers, configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
    * 1- Install and configure Systems infrastructure applications or Asset Management applications.
    * 1- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups and software updates / upgrades.
    * 1- Maintain network and system security. ;
    * 1- Maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gate ways, and intrusion detection systems.
    * 1- Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
    * 1- Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, PABX, phones, smart phones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
    * 1- Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services. Create, update, and delete user accounts / Security and Distribution groups per request.
    * 1- Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
    * 1- Provide immediate assistance (by phone) to back office, support personnel and IT staff.
    * 1- Remote users, troubleshoot problems reported. ;
    * 1- Diagnosing, repair, recover and solving hardware/software faults.
    * 1- Provide day-to-day support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop / Laptop systems software and hardware.
    * 1- Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies. Advise IT Support Staff of all relevant hardware/software deliveries. ;
