Je dispose de 15 ans d’expérience professionnelle autour du cadrage, de la mise en place et de l’utilisation des systèmes informatiques pour l’optimisation des processus en entreprises.

Pendant plus de 6 ans chez « The LiTMUS Group », j’ai développé mon expertise dans les domaines de la gestion de projet, l’accompagnement du changement et l’amélioration des processus.

J‘ai estimé, planifié et géré des projets d’accompagnement du changement et d’amélioration des processus dans des programmes de transformation pour de grandes entreprises australiennes mettant en œuvre des systèmes tels que SAP et Ventyx Service Suite. Ces programmes ont abouti à une nette amélioration des performances des processus autant en termes de rentabilité que de qualité de service, offrant des bénéfices pour l’entreprise, ses clients et ses employés.

    Responsible for managing the relationship with 7 BMW Financial Service Market stakeholders in Europe who are using our Global CRM solution. In particular, overseeing the prioritisation, design and successful Implementation of business requirements raised by the European Markets in the domain of Customer Interaction.

    Outcomes: conducted a BPM maturity audit and defined the BPM strategy for SAP Fi and HR modules implementation as a shared service between DET’s divisions.

    Client : New South Wales Fire Brigades – Public Sector
    Project Manager – Change Management Stream for SAP HR implementation
    Outcomes: Engaged at a late stage of the project to address key outstanding change management issues, conducted an OCM audit, identified and implemented solutions to improve stakeholders’ engagement. The first SAP pay was successfully distributed in March 2009 with SAP HR achieving maximum user adoption.

    Project Manager – Change Management «Field Force Automation»
    Outcomes: mobile computing system implemented and adopted by blue collar workers, allowing the electronic dispatch and completion of work orders in the field. It has improved field efficiency and safety.

    Outcomes: prepared two business cases which were approved by the board and are now being implemented.

    Outcomes: organisation structure designed in line with the new business strategy.

    Business Analyst – Quality framework design and implementation, with online supporting tool
    Outcomes: designed and implemented a quality framework and supporting online issue reporting system which allows assessing suppliers’ performance, recovering revenue and drives continuous improvement.
    The quality framework gained third place at the World Mail Awards, in the Quality category, in May 2005.
