I studied for my PhD at the University of Montpellier. I worked in the SysDiag and IRCM labs since 2008 and I gained extensive experience on the biological characterization of circulating DNA. I particularly worked on the study of the structure of circulating tumour DNA. I was also involved in the development of a Q-PCR system dedicated to the determination of KRAS and BRAF mutations in circulating DNA.
I have started in August 2013 a postdoc in Nitzan Rosenfeld’s Lab, in the Cancer Research UK Institute of the University of Cambridge. I will focus my work on the monitoring of treatment efficacy and the rise of resistance with circulating tumour DNA, digital PCR technology and Next Generation Sequencing.
