    Development of PV projects (55 MW) :

    - solar farms
    - PV green houses
    - midlle and large roofs

    Fallow up and co ordination of PV project developments with architects, EPC, investors, administration...etc

    Due dilligences on PV projects on sales and relation with potential PV investors.

  • SUNTECH POWER INTERNATIONAL - SALES MANAGER KEY ACCOUNTS AND DISTRIBUTORS

    2010 - 2013 Responsible of the whole Suntech Sales & Mkt in France :

    Management and animation of the distribution network (10 distributors).

    Identification, management and development of the strategic key customers (National & International EPC, Installers, Developers, Investors...).

    Business development actions within a European transversal team in order to find and crack new specific markets.

    In charge of the Sales process (stock, logistic, payment terms, sales, delivery...).

    Define the quarterly forecasts and maintain/improve the best possible ASP.

    Market study on the French residential market in order to propose the best sales strategy.

    Select the mouting systems and define the right required certifications for the STP modules in France.

    Market analysis (Trend, actors, rules, FiT evolution, tenders...)

    Set up of the marketing actions (press releases, customer events, e mailing .... in order to increase the brand awareness of Suntech.

    Co ordination of sales process : follow up of the logistic aspect (co ordination with our Chinese Factories and logistical dept. in Swuizerland).

    Annual Turnover : Euro 55 Million

    - In charge of mkt & sales in Europe, Middle East, North of Africa and India for the key account customers on the glass market : ST GOBAIN, ARDAGH, O-I….
    - Management of key accounts customers, 5 sales agents, 2 sales representatives and 2 sales assistants (main countries : France, UK, Poland, Germany, Iran, Kuwait, Syria, India, Marocco, Czech republic, Switzerland…etc).
    - Mkt & sale actions on my territory (exhibition, advertising, e mailing..etc) in co operation with the mkt department.
    - Development of a network distribution on some specific markets in order to create a “local contact” with the key accounts and other small customers (new agents, negotiation of contracts…).
    - Coordination of the team work within the engineering department of Emmeti according to the complexity of the projects.
    - Management of long term and complex international projects involving several people from different countries.

    - set up of the marketing actions (operational marketing) in support of the sales team in France.
    - set up of the strategy GO / NO GO on the French market.
    1 year spent under the responsibility of the France Distribution Manager, my main tasks were : create commercial & marketing tools for the distributors, set up of the Mkt action to promote a key product: the Millenium PLC, define the price level, web site, seminary’ organization….etc.
