Director RM systems & RM for franchisee partners

• Responsible for the Revenue Management solutions worldwide: Conception, roll out in approx 1500 hotels (Turnover 2,4m€), training and management of helpdesks. In charge of a yearly development budget of approx 900K€.
• Manage a team of 6 RM analysts and project managers to reach the delivery of a Global Road map of 600K€ (excl. RM system team). Direct report to the SVP RM Global (WW), managing operations via complex organization matrix Brand/Regions.
• In charge of the definition of the new RM offers for franchisee partners. Dedicated RMS, RM training offers, consulting and coaching services
• Hotel distribution: participation to the third parties web pilot & golden rules regarding OLTA availability, rate & planning parity and dilution.
• Pricing: Participation to the new “dynamic & flexible” pricing structure for lodging hotels (Ibis Family). Workshops with Oliver & Wyman consultants. Internalization of the method.

VP RM Performance & systems (WW)

• In charge of RM Performance (5 people) and integration of the RM system team (4 people), in charge of operational RMS support: Functional needs, trainings, roll out and support.
• RMS product revolution: creation of re-forecast functionality & interface pushing recommendations from RMS to CRS. Forecast integration in Accor BI platform to feed the TOPLINE committee.

VP RM Performance (WW)

• Merge of the RM department with the Distribution Business Intelligence Dpt, and split of the Accor WW RM Head Office in two areas: Tools and Performance. In charge of the RM Performance WW, with a team of 5 people, reporting to the SVP Strategy and Revenue; 3 000 Accor hotels, 90 countries; 7 100 m€ Room Revenue; 35 country Revenue Managers WW.
• RM Organization via the quartile Approach. 250 RM positions created and implemented in 3 years thanks to a global recruitment kit to normalize the worldwide selection.
• Responsible for the measurement of qualitative and quantitative indicators in RM (Scoring, Hotels audits, Business reviews, KPI, Distribution alerts). Audits made in Key hotels worldwide


Mid 2006 – mid 2008
Accor, Distribution Division North Europe
Director Revenue Management North East Europe

• Split of the WW RM coverage in 4 areas. In charge of North East Europe (500 hotels, 13 country RM Directors), reporting directly to the CEO. Participation to Operations Committee.
• Innovation: Launch of the 3 years project “Destination Revenue” Program.
• Competitive intelligence: RFP in price shoppers’ tools. Two suppliers maintained: Travel Click for Rate View and Rubicon with the most used solution Market Vision. (Negotiation & rollout)

Director RM Head Office

• Creation of a new department for Accor in terms of worldwide RM coverage to roll out RM in every country, and not only in Market places but on isolated hotels as well.
• In charge of RM & pricing methods & tools. Launch of Dynamic pricing in Accor Mid-scale: pricing structure definition based on customer value perception
