    Saint Ouen 2016 - maintenant In charge of the SAP competency center (and its application landscape)
    Management of SAP senior architects and experts on finance, supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing area (> 20 internal people)

    Main activities:
    - Support central business functions as IT partner in their transformation roadmaps
    - Act like quality control tower in the Alstom ERP transformation program
    - Drive application release management
    - Secure application maintenance and improve quality of service delivered to users (L3 support)

  • Alstom - Engineering Delivery Centre Manager

    Saint Ouen 2013 - 2016 Management of the IT department dedicated to the applications used by the Engineering teams of Alstom Transport:
    - Service delivery supervision
    - 15 internal people, 30M€+ yearly budget
    - 40 global applications including Enovia, Teamcenter, Catia / 10000+ users worldwide
    - Continuous improvement / re-organization to improve efficiency
    - Cost optimization / outsourcing, low cost country delivery model, negotiation with vendors

    Two main objectives on my responsibility:
    - Ensure the best user experience on Engineering applications – SLA focus, continuous improvement & performance dashboard follow-up
    - Drive the IT activities of the Engineering projects portfolio (deployment of new applications, deployment of existing applications on new sites, release management…) - commitment on project costs, quality & delivery

  • ALSTOM GROUP - Delivery Group Manager, PLM Solutions

    Saint Ouen 2011 - 2013 In the IT department dedicated to the engineering applications:
    - In charge of a team of project managers, solution managers and technical experts
    - Define strategic plans to support the business requirements and transformations
    - Carry-out projects (yearly budget 2-3M€)
    - Accountable on Service Level Agreements signed with the business representative. Monthly meeting with business directors to review KPIs and start/review action plans
    - Bring innovation (tablets deployment, cloud computing…)

    2009 - 2010 Global Management of the customized digital mock-up application of Alstom Transport (~1000 concurrent users) based on Dassault Systèmes products (Enovia VPMV4, 3DCOM, CATIAV5)

    Management of the development and maintenance team (~30 people worldwide)

    Saint-Priest 2008 - 2009 In charge of the development and maintenance team (4 to 12 people) of the customized digital mock-up application of Alstom Transport.

    Activities including global architecture, technical specifications, implementation, tests, international roll-out and maintenance.

    Industrialization of the application lifecycle (development/change configuration, review, testing, integration)

    Management of the knowledge transfer of the maintenance activities to nearshore Alstom hub in Poland

    Saint-Priest 2005 - 2007 PLM developer in charge to fix bugs and develop new version of the customized digital mock-up application of Alstom Transport

    Vélizy-Villacoublay 2005 - 2005 Etudes des apports du langage XML dans les échanges de données avec CATIA V5 et en particulier dans les échanges STEP (utilisation de la Part28).
    Réalisation de prototypes sous CATIA V5 permettant de valider les résultats de l'étude.
