    PARIS 2013 - maintenant « Fortis Migration UK» Project- Managing the migration for « global channels » (Swiftnet, FTPS, etc.) clients:

    Paris 2011 - 2013 As part of the “Cash Management Europe” program, I was managing the following projects:

    - Denmark: Implementation of direct debits & salary payments (local format). Migration of the local clearing connexions to a new service bureau.
    - Norway: Implementation of local & international payments with MT101 BNPP Format & Telepay local format. Activation of ‘Respay’ traceability solution.
    - “Harmonization of Payments” project: Harmonization of payment processing, billing & reporting for international payments on 15 CIB Europe sites.

    Project management skills:
    - Elaborating the planning, assessing and monitoring the workload and risks.
    - Coordinating the stakeholders (MOA, IT, Site CSD, Site hub) involved in the different phases of the project.
    - Organising the committees (project, steering, and workshops).
    - CMMI Lvl 3 certified projects. CMMI Quality review OK.

    - Expertise in payment engine (Orion), billing engine (TIPS), reporting interface (MT94x)
