    In 18 months SILAB Inc became fully operational with Sales Logistics Dept / Warehousing / Samples & Documents / Technical Support and Technical Sales Representative on East / Midwest / West areas.

    2003 - 2005 I moved to the US in 2003 to set up the US Technical Support Office of SILAB in New Jersey
    - Managed our US distributor, trained their sales representatives on cosmetic active ingredients
    - Developed Laboratory Partnerships with Key US clients of the Cosmetic Industry for specific active ingredient creation.
    - Developed our client portfolio (US East Coast / Midwest / West Coast)

    Between 2003 and 2005 SILAB Inc US sales volumes tripled

    Saint-Viance 1996 - 2003 - In charge of France/Spain/ Italy/German/Korea/Japan markets.
    - I managed the sales progression and interacted with our local distributors.
    - I was providing the technical support, training and link with our French based labs
    - I supplied the clients all needed data and back up for cosmetic developments.
    - I handled the follow up and design of specific active ingredients for leading cosmetic companies by interacting with SILAB Labs and the clients development centers.
