    - Design of the architectures of the development and production environments.
    - Definition in collaboration with the Monitoring Back Office of the Service Impact Model.
    - Installation of the Remedy server group platform (AR version7.1.00 Patch 004 200808100630 and CMDB 2.1.00 patch 004) for the production and single server for development.
    - Development of workflow to deploy the Service Impact Model on 1500 applications
    - Release in production of 50 applications for the Service Impact Management.
