    Key member of the Executive Management team. Reporting to the Board of Directors. Strategic Business Planning. Day to day planning. Implementing, managing and controlling all financial activities: accounting, budgeting, job costing, cash management, legal and property management. Institutional relationship, especially with bankers for fund raising, investors. R&D back office for legal aspects.

    Planned Business over 5 years (SAGE, EBP), and determined strategic objectives for restructuring the company’s economic model.
    Organized a 500k€ banking pool (HSBC, CREDIT MUTUEL, CIC, CAISSE D’EPARGNE).

    Implemented new budgeting, cash plan (Excel) and job costing follow up (Sage) processes.

    Developed new accounting and financial methodologies and processes, a new cash management tool (treasury and cash follow up).

    In charge of a 14 Millions USD fund raising project.
    Controlled a loan Portfolio of 3 Million USD.
