    I ensure the Italian's office's operations align with the organization's mission, strategic objectives and policies.
    Overseeing projects and sales, liaising with management at the HQ in Paris and Shanghai and providing reports on activities, I am responsible for sales targets and financial KPI.
  • CxSI - Consorzio per il Solare Italiano - Business Development

    2009 - 2011 Consorzio per il Solare Italiano (CxSI) is a not-for-profit company fouded in 2009. Its main aim is to aggregate operators of the italian renewable energies supply chain in general, and of the italian photovoltaic supply chain in particular.

    I am responsible for promoting the Consortium to increase the number of the Consortium’s member and to increase Consortium’s turnover.
  • XGROUP SPA - Business Development manager

    2009 - 2011 XGROUP S.p.A. is one of the most important reference points for the whole photovoltaic sector in Italy: operating since June 2007, in its production site close to Padova (North East Italy) XGROUP produces polycrystalline photovoltaic solar cells used to manufacture the XGROUP branded high-performing photovoltaic modules.

    In staff to the CEO, I’m responsible for finding new business opportunities and solutions to increase Sales & Margins.
    I am in charge of mid-long term Projects and I manage few top customers with strategical value.
  • MULTIUTILITY SPA - Business Development Manager

    2006 - 2009 Multiutility S.p.A. is a national certificated energy services provider which offers to its customers integrated energy solutions focusing on the selling of energy and natural gas, installation and start-up of turn-key photovoltaic systems, energy saving solutions as an ESCo Company (project financing).
