•Control, evaluation and troubleshooting on raw materials and manufactured compounds (fine and functional fragrances).
•Liaison with customers and suppliers on quality issues. Main contact for French speaking customers.
•Identification and resolution of internal and supplier non-conformances.
•Responsible for approvals of "first time manufactures" in lieu of perfumers for key customers.
•Optimisation of quality processes: review and adjustment of "as created" formulae to greater scale production. Management of recurring inspections.
