    Responsible Product Manager of the following three different sub-products of online-games (51 different online games in total):

    - FortuneGames (24 games): Virtual Sports, Lottery, Casino, Poker, Hi-Lo type of games.
    - MiniGames (7 games): Casino, Dice and Cards type of games.
    - Gratta e Vinci (20 games): Scratch cards type of games.

    Main responsibilities:

    - Day-to-day Operations: Taking care of the day-to-day operational issues of the dedicated products.

    - Product Marketing: Definition and briefing preparation of marketing activities such as Promotions, Affiliates, CRM or Customer Support. Leading respective product web pages editorial management.

    - Product Definition and Project Management: Authoring of product definition including product features together with the technical counterpart. Prioritization and final sign-off of stages product releases. Leading of projects from concept to launch.

    - Product Lifecycle Management: Develop product strategy based on customer and business needs. Ensure continued product enhancements and launch of new games based on market / customer needs supported by concept documentation and business cases.

    - Product Profitability monitoring and Analysis: Monitoring, reporting and analysis of respective products profitability. Preparation of business planning documentation and analysis of marketing and promotion activities in order to measure efficiency and ROI (return on investment).

    - Product and Opportunity Scouting: Market and Competitor Review to ensure the identification and verification of current product portfolio. Identification of new products/marketing activities/offers and trends.

    - External Partner Negotiation and Relationship Management: Lead in Managing Relationship with vendors (GTS, VS Gaming, Dynamite Idea, Football 1x2, Electracade, Endemol Gaming, Lottomatica) and partners as well as initiating and negotiation product relevant contractual matters. Regular talks and occasional meetings with Casino/Games vendors such as: Wagerworks, Ash Gaming, Realistic among others.

    - Everyday management of the marketing assets in relation with the 9 European subsidiaries and Australia.
