Most recent commodity is packaging & packing (past experience in this job includes metals, moulded components and electro-mechanical commodities).

    Key achievements
     Successfully integrated Avent into Philips strategic supply management function with integration of processes, procedures and ERPII systems with major input in creation of current purchasing department setup;
     Supported new product launches worldwide; assuming full ownership as needed;
     Creating strategies across commodities reaching 95% strategy coverage (coming from 0% after the arrival);
     Bringing cost savings by leading price negotiations, supply chain improvements and concept savings improvements while ensuring improved quality levels (total cost of ownership);
     Bringing 30% YtY quality improvements measured in PPM;
     Reduction and introduction of suppliers with net effect of 29 phased out suppliers from Philips total supplier list;
