En résumé

Results-driven, pragmatic, good listener and team spirited: those are the 4 characteristics that describe me best and that allow projects to land as smoothly as they were planned to. I rely on them as a consultant.

Aside from this, I strongly believe in entrepreneurship, as I took part in the development of a start-up consulting firm. Hired as its beginning, the company now counts more than 45 coworkers and have had a 2 digits growth ever since. Besides consulting missions, I have participated in recruitment, business develoment and since 2014 as head of operational marketing.

As a functional consultant, I help companies run projects by driving them in the right direction and helping them achieving their goals. I am specialized in Purchasing & Finance, although I also took part in projects for Supply Chain, Industry and Logistics.
My approach of every project is to think of them as a 3-levels pyramid:

- Strategy
- Organization & Processes
- IS / Tools

As a graduate from EDHEC Business School, I've learned organization and process, but I do have an IS/tool expertise as well. That gives me a big picture and allows me to speak and share with people of different levels in the organization:
- The Board and its requirements
- The project team, often within Process & Tools Depts.
- The end-users and their own expectations
- The suppliers such as providers or ERP integrators

Furthermore, it gives me the necessary insight from a Change Management perspective.
I am indeed deeply convinced that effort is not to be under-estimated, in order to make teams accept the project, its purpose and the way it is done. This also allows conflict resolution. That is why I put my skills in communication and my ability to empathize at the service of making projects more successful.

Being result-oriented and pragmatic while looking for solutions are key-success factors. These values allowed me to make organizations change, as I have changed myself and learned a lot along the way.
