En résumé

By learning the industrial world from micro to macro environment by two approaches fundamental which are industrial engineering and planning production, I'm able to understand what will be the consequence of a punctual thing in a global system. To me, the two mains pillars to get an efficient factory start by developing its communication systems between teams and define their level of responsibility. Using Lean manufacturing tools is just a consequence of good communication and understand who does what. It's my job as a production manager and I'm loving it !
