    • Development, implementation and coordination of Channel Marketing activities for Orange network (3200 shops) and indirect channels (Mass merchants and specialized channels)
    o Channel marketing blueprints for commercial launches of new Smartphone, new tariff plans and services such as Orange care
    o Design and implementation of Sales transformation programs: Cross-channel and instore digitalization strategic plan, Customer Loyalty and retention plan, Welcome Path strategic plan.
    • Animation and coordination of customer base marketing activities: usage stimulation, customers acquisitions and retention, anti-churn plans. Delivered significant results on ARPU growth and churn reduction across geographies.
    • Built and Managed a multi-skilled and international Marketing team (20 Senior Managers)
