I have over 4 years experience in implementing ITSM Tools. I previously worked as a BMC Technical consultant and developed large skills in implementing BMC Service Desk Express and BMC Remedyforce and now I work on ServiceNow implementation projects.

My main activities are to configure ServiceNow for the different ITIL processes, to integrate it with third-party applications, to provide first level support to customers and to participate in pre-sales activities such as delivering demos, comparing tools to provide customers with recommendations

I have the following certifications: ITIL V3 Foundation Certification, Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, Certified ServiceNow Administrator, BMC Remedyforce Professional Certification.

I holds a diploma from ENSEEIHT (Toulouse, France) in Computer Engineering and Applied Mathematics.

I am fluent in French and Arabic (native language) and have strong professional skills in English.
