    2007 - maintenant SAP basis consultant at TEAMWORK Vietnam. My principal tasks consist of:
    - Performing daily checks of customers’ systems
    - Identifying and proposing solutions to issues found during the daily checks or reported by customers
    - Installing new SAP systems and upgrade SAP systems ABAP or Java.
    - Preparing the Going Live of SAP systems
    - Installing and configuring the SAP router to allow connections between SAP LAN and the customer LAN.
    - Performing refresh of SAP systems specially with Oracle on Windows, Linux
    - Performing client copy, client export/import
    - Configuring TMS and performing the transports as required
    - Scheduling background job, maintaining SAP instances profiles to adjust the system performance.
    - Configuring SAP Solution Manager for EWA, System Monitoring, Maintenance Optimizer, Service Desk, central
    auto-reaction by mail based on CCMS agents.
    - Applying the SAP notes and the Support Packages following the customer approbation
    - Creating the SAP users, maintaining users profiles with or without CUA
    - Making the specific tasks according to the customer requests like: open system, request development key
    - Upgrading Oracle Database
    - Maintaining the Oracle profiles, performing the backups and restores of Oracle database using the SAP tools.
    - Tuning the Oracle performance, adjusting the database space and tablespaces size.
