With more than 10 years of experience in paper industry in daily English business language environment, I have managed and started up projects (up to 40 million euros) including Greenfield projects in lots of countries for complete paper machine lines from the signature of the contract to the fulfillment of the performance guarantees.
I have also gained strong skills in paper process and particularly in the wet laid non-woven technology. Moreover, I have managed project teams and coordinated the tasks of different services in several companies and in several countries which has demonstrated my capability to adapt to all cases.
I am willing to work everywhere in the world (speaking fluently three languages) and ready to travel if necessary.

    The objective was to allow a quick ramp-up of a new wall cover line with a budget of 2 million euros. 286 points
    completed by a team of 25 people including 8 engineers from 5 different countries: China, Finland, France, Italy
    and USA directly reported to me.
