Finance Director always customer oriented, rigorous and team player, Hubert has gained its Finance expertise in various industry like Hospitality (Accor), Telecom (Nortel Networks) and Automotive (The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company).

Hubert has worked in France, Belgium and now is posted in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) since 2010 where he is in charge of 40+ countries for The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, leading the growth in Middle East Africa.

Focused on team and people development also beyond Finance Team (legal & IT), developing talent and succession planning, Hubert is always looking for innovative structure to improve the performance of the company (like Credit management) and its people.

In addition to its current responsibilities, Hubert developed additional skills in customer relationship and sales while leading ad interim the Sales Team in the French speaking West African countries, expanding further the operations by opening new accounts.

Previous experiences includes Project management, Internal Audit, Finance Planning and Analysis at multiple levels, Hubert could enrich its leadership skills being exposed to customers (operation) and Senior Leadership (Regional & Corporate Headquarters).
