    2013 - 2015 * Analysis of the convergence between Change Process used for CEO (Classic Engine Option) and NEO (New Engine Option). ;
    * Change process performance management. Drumbeat of all Mod and TRS led by PDT Systems through a recurrent meeting chaired with Neo Chief Engineer representative. ;
    * Specific drumbeat for SI (Special Instruction) process, and software iterations tracking. ;

    2011 - 2013 * Lead of one day CM Audit in Kinston. The CM audit of Spirit-US Supplier on the CM End-to-End processes was performed in the frame of a one week Quality audit. This audit was successful from both side points of view. It led to a new policy on Product Structure rework and to a bundle of activity initiated on derivative and then retrofitted back on main standard.
    * Leader on various transnationals deployments and awareness campaigns to A350 suppliers: CA-Spare (After Sales CM), CAIR No-Link endorsement method, CM4Pre-Design tool, Pre-Study process.

    * Configuration Conformity Process transnational focal point for the team.
    Conformity and Attestation tools (eCAIR & PrimesCCM for Delta 1) coordination of the deployment to the Extended Enterprise.

    * Offer and Customization CM Processes focal point.

    * A350 program milestones CM management for allocated batch of Risk Sharing Partners
    Writing of Communication kit for DFMR (Data for Manufacturing Review), describing the Configuration Management deliverables for RSP.

    * Evaluation of supplier's maturity in the Configuration Management domain. ;

  • SEGULA - DMU Manager

    2010 - 2010 * DMU Quality Gates preparations and presentations for each Head of Version.
    * For Nose Fuselage, all ATAs, Day to Day tracking of DMU status per Designs Solution, with production impacts, rationales of changes and planned dates for DS deliveries.
    * Management of the CI (Configuration Item) master list that contains the properties of the CI for DMU management, for NCF perimeter. ;
    * Significant reduction of the team workload by writing a set of macros in VBA. This macro produced the weekly DMU report work file (from Gemavicc). This set of macro was updated and adapted on demand to suit the requirements of reporting changes from management. ;

    2006 - 2009 A380 Electrical installation - Technical Repercussion Sheets
    * Assistance to the manager of the TRS writer's team. ;
    * Analysis of the new topics, coming from the upstream process of NCF (Nose & center Fuselage) department.
    * Into the TRS group of electrical installation (ATA92), coordination with the Wiring Diagram designers team (CoE DD Elec), and the NCF Configuration Management team (NCF CoE TN). ;
  • SEGULA - Configuration Manager

    2005 - 2006 Configuration Management of door design for Latécoère. ( 9 month,
    * Follow-up of definition evolutions of Embraer ERJ170 doors, in interface with the Configuration Management tools of the Brazilian aircraft manufacturer.
    * Update of the configuration files. Achievement of Excel tools to identify spare doors upgrades tasks. ;
  • ETOPS - Configuration Manager

    2004 - 2005 * Interface between the department modifications and the department Landing Gears (LDG) and Nose and Center Fuselage (NCF).
    * Upstream management of standards definition changes of A380.
    * Administrative management of a weekly meeting between the Head of Operation and Head of Design (the screening).
    * In the frame of the screening, selection of the Changes Events (CE) for modification opening decision in urgency.
    * Formatting of the arbitration decisions of the screening, those arbitrations involves the application rank (point of embodiment, aircraft MSN) and the product process technical criteria, for example before first fight or before power-on.
    * Daily reporting of `delta zero', i.e. the opening decisions already taken but not yet opened.
    * Specification of a compilation and comparison tool of several data source, and excel macro programming. ;
  • Aeroconseil Group - Coordinator & technical manager

    1995 - 2004 Follow-up of the asset fleet for Airbus System Upgrade (8 month) - Toulouse (31)
    * Unit in charge of the follow-up of the aircraft at the end and at the beginning of leasing periods. Writing of status about the landing gears life limited parts and the structural repairs. Those statuses are used to define the task to be performed by the repair and maintenance centre.
    * Involvement in the development of a data warehouse system.
    Follow-up of Services Bulletin for Airbus Central Entity (6 month) - Toulouse (31)
    * Preparation and writing of optional Bulletin Services in the frame of system upgrade department.
    * Check of the aircraft modifications description, check of the writing standards, schedule of the following steps: preparation, writing, technical qualification, and certification.


    Technical Coordination within Wide-Bodies Program (A300) Airbus-F (42 month) - Toulouse (31)
    * Projects monitoring and co-ordination between partners and centers of competence's for the Wide Bodies Program. Responsible for systems fuel (ATA 28), landing gears & braking (ATA 32), and hydraulics (ATA 29).

    Study of A300 equipment for Airbus-F Design Office CoC Hydraulic (16 month) - Toulouse (31)
    * In-service follow-up of Wide Bodies hydraulic equipment.
    * Study of the extended design objective to 50 000 Flight Hours for the hydraulic system. ;
  • C2R - Engineer

    PARIS 1992 - 1993 Water fine treatment (1 year) - Toulouse (31)
    * Hydraulics and electric schematics for filtering machines. Writing of assembly and machining methods.
