  2008 - 2015 As IMD/Optimad Country Manager, Jean launched and developed IMD France to leader in digital logistics for tv & digital video advertising.
  As interim IMD Product Director Europe (2013-2014) he also introduced Agile and Kanban methodology and re-organised the interactions between business units and technology teams.
  
  About IMD France:
  Pioneered tapeless distribution of tv commercials in France, opening the first ever service in July 2009.
  IMD digital delivery service reaches all tv channels and sales houses in France and is the leader in that field.
  IMD services also include sub-titling of commercials for the deaf and hearing-impaired.
  IMD also provides digital delivery services of music videos to music tv channels. The service is used by all major companies and most independent labels.
  
  IMD France is the French entity of IMD (Independent Media Limited), headquartered in the UK.
  IMD provides domestic tv delivery services in most European, Asian and Latin-American countries. Its World cross-border delivery services reaches over 100 countries.

  He served at Chairman of the Image & Audio Content sub-commitee and participated in the selection and financing of numerous large collaborative innovation projects.
  He also represented the FICAM at the board of CapDigital.

  Boulogne-Billancourt 2000 - 2007 Heading the new services included:
  -launching (2003) in France the beam.tv service (online asset management platform for advertising agencies and advertisers), used by most leading agencies and advertisers. Beam.tv is originally a UK service, owned by leading post house The Mill.
  -designing and supervising development of the online clearance service for the BVP (tv advertising broadcast clearance authority)
  -developing Mikros' line of advanced specialised services for feature animation production (data conforming, color management and DI).
  -raising finance for R&D and strategic projects
