  • Effinity - Head of Publishers

    Paris 2009 - 2010 Effinity web marketing Platform operating on a “win/win” model. Their clients are companies aiming to increase their web presence, visibility, sales. To help them reach these targets the platform put them in relation with a network of affiliates who will advertise their campaigns through various channel: Display, deep-link, SEM, Blogs, Emailing, XML catalogs.
    As head of publishers I was responsible for identifying, recruiting and managing new affiliates, together with advising clients on their affiliation strategy. I was managing a team of five people focusing on specific categories of affiliates and technical aspects. I was alone in charge of the “top-affiliates”
    This role is highly strategic for the company as the income is calculated and based on the affiliates commissions.
    - Research and Prospection of new affiliates
    - Definition of new acquisition channels for our clients (Orange, PriceMinister, Nokia, Accor, Delamaison, etc…)
    - Negotiation with top-affiliates, in regards to commission, campaigns
    - Advising clients on their strategy: CPA, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPI, mixed models
    - Definition of new qualification and validation processes for affiliates.
    - Management and improvement of our internal database.
    - Negociation with Top clients and definition of their online strategy (advertising/E-commerce)

    The publisher network was made of 13,000 websites, 1,000 of them being on the top commissions scheme.

    Being in contact with them I was also responsible for selling special operation to our clients, keeping the ROI as the main indicator of performance.
  • MonNuage - Co-Founder / Managing Director

    2007 - 2008 Our website is a Meta Search Engine that search all flights, hotels, car rentals within all the travel websites in France and Spain. As a Owner/Managing Director, my main activities were:
    - Establishing partnership with travel sites/agencies
    - Management of the relationship with the marketing platforms.

    2006 - 2009 My main activity was to develop the Internet advertising Business on global search engines in the European Market (Mainly Italy and Spain). I became one of the main Travel SEM specialist within the Italian market.
    I was helping different kind of companies to advertise their products and services on Internet search engines. Our aim was to reference them on Google, Yahoo, etc... in order to increase their traffic and the online sales. We offered various tools to develop traffic in both qualitative and/or quantitative ways via SEO and SEM.
