    Adapt the service to the increase of activity between 1999 and 2000 (Increase in purchasing volume from 100M€ to 250M€ – Increase in production from 76.000 set top box/month in November 1999 to 244.000 Set Top Box/month in November. 2000).
    Use of IT tools to supply the criticAL parts .Production Planning with the production manager.
    Stock management : Adapt the parameters of MRP to obtain a stock roation of 20 days. (Stock of purchase parts of 28M€ in 2000, 23M€ in 2001 6M€ in 2002 and 5 M€ in 2003 with the decrease of Set Top Box Activity)
    Management of end of life with the decrease of Set Top Box Activity between 2000 and 2003 (production of 1,3 Milllions Set Top Box in 2000 and 268.000 Set Top Box in 2002).
