Established in 1987, DPSC Belgium is an independent human capital practice headed by IT recruitment expert Jean van Pottelsberghe de la Potterie. Jean is a Belgian national fluent in French, English and Dutch. After studying marketing he spent 7 years in publishing, medical services and data processing. In 1987 he launched, and for 7 years ran, a successful software industry recruitment and outsource provider, Delphy Consultants. In 1994 he became DPSC Belgium's Managing Consultant and created European Expert, an ICT outsource business. In 1997 Jean took over as DPSC Belgium's Managing Director and sold European Expert to Harvey Nash, a recruitment consultancy and IT outsourcer listed on the London Stock Exchange with operations in Europe, the USA and Asia..
