Ingénieur généraliste bilingue anglais/français avec 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet batiment/industrie, dont 3 en Nouvelle Zélande, mon expérience englobe l'ensemble des tâches du chef de projet, aussi bien techniquement que contractuellement.
Principalement responsable des missions AMO - Gestion de Projet sur des projets batimentaires de 10 à 30 Millions d'€, je suis également conseiller technique pour les prêteurs sur des projets d'envergure très variés (jusqu'à 250 Millions €, type PPP), pour lesquels je suis en charge du monitoring en phase conception/construction (post contract award).
Parallèlement, je suis en charge de la recherche de nouveaux marchés et des propositions commerciales stratégiques (nouveaux clients, missions sur-mesure)

  • Beca - Project Manager (Buildings - Airport)

    * Project Manager (part of a team of 3) for the design and construction of an airport terminal expansion, worth 40,000,000 Euros.
    The new building (10,000 m2) is the first stage of the brand new arrivals processing area (with 25% increased capacity) , as part of the Masterplan developped for the airport in the next 10 years. This included the building of the largest Duty Free Shop in New Zealand. This facility was also built to connect a new Pier to the airport that is a suitable facility for the new Airbus A380. The Building has opened on 1 April 2008.

    Engineering consulting services to Mining & Metals Company.

    * Project Engineer for Enviromental projects for for nickel processing companies in New Caledonia and Indonesia.

    That included feasibility studies and procurement/construction management to retrofit the existing plants with Offgas Cleaning devices, Water Treatment processes, or reduce energy consumption to comply with new environmental policies.

    That involved the following tasks (as par of EPCM Contracts - Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management):
    - prepare fee proposals
    - design coordination with mechanical, electrical and structural engineers, liaising with potential suppliers,
    - define programme
    - define CAPEX budget.
    - work on site to manage procurement of material and assist with Construction management.

    * During that time, I was as well an internal quality auditor for Beca.

    Sales and marketing of Air Filtration (for Gas Turbines and power plants) and Industrial Air Pollution Control Devices.

    My role was to:
    - find new clients (Austria, Germany, Switzerland, East of France) which were operating companies for gas turbines power plants (Elyo, Dalkia, Eon, etc.) who wanted to retrofit their Ailfiltration for more energy efficient systems with less maintenance.
    - find new clients for Air Pollution Control Devices (mainly Off Gaz Cleaning) for the industry and biomass power plants.

    Trainee Mechanical Engineer - The aim of that work was to define with Finite elements and reverse engineering technics the deformational behaviour of an enchorage sytem from Spie-Batignolles/VSL(used in prestressed concrete bridges).
