    PARIS 2013 - maintenant Follow-up of the performance indicators of 5 manufacturing tanks and of the weighing shifts. Monthly publications of the key performance indicators at the Operations Branch.
    Work on weighing’s performances : Continuous stocktaking and processing of more than 500 stock errors the two first weeks than up to 50 per week.
    Replacement of production manager when necessary : 3 shifts, about 20 people.

    Montpellier 2011 - 2012 Project leaded by the international centre of higher education in agriculture sciences in collaboration with UM2 – CIRAD – INRA. Study of mecanisms of coagulation in natural latex : Colloids and light diffraction.
