  • In charge of full P&L and balance sheet for the division (Sales of 1,2 billions euros)
  • Support five sites all over the world in their closing & financial issues
  • Provide risks & opportunities with objectives of optimizing costs and leveraging profitability through Channel, Product and Customer mix
  • Monthly reports & presentation to management commitee
  • Bi annual transfer price regulation
