    ISSY LES MOULINEAUX 2011 - maintenant ► Pre-Sales and Post-Sales activities of direct and indirect customers in Europe focusing on Italy, Benelux and France.
    Teaming with Sales manager in charge of each area, promoting the whole port-folio of Sierra Wireless products (2G/3G/4G modules dedicated to M2M market) but also the device to cloud solution of Sierra Wireless.
    ► Technical partner of the customer, creating a close relation from the first bid qualification to the mass deployment of the customer application: Helping them to define the architecture of their system, working with them to find the best internal or external resources to help them. But also being present to troubleshoot any issue seen in the field.
    ► Market’s input for the company: Providing efficient feedback about market’s need to the marketing team and regular updates about customer project to management team.
    ► As a record of results won 2 out of the top 10 customers in Europe in 2014, proposing innovative solutions out of single scope of a cellular module and driving them to the success.

  • Sierra Wireless - Customer project manager

    ISSY LES MOULINEAUX 2009 - 2011 ► Technical project coordinator within Customer Support Engineering team, leading support and development of a telematics box for Renault through a partnership with an automotive tier one’s: planning follow-up; weekly reporting; definition, support and review on both hardware and software designs.
    ► Management of subcontractors regarding development of software related to internally unknown technology (CAN, USB,...) .
    ► Architecture design of test benches for production lines.

  • Wavecom - Software development leader

    Issy les Moulineaux 2004 - 2009 ► Telecom software development leader in charge of physical layer telecom software development for Wavecom’s last GSM baseband chip: planning writing and follow-up using MS project, weekly reporting, team management.
