    Leading a SWOT analysis in order to improve diagnostic conditions for dealers. Aim was to find business opportunities through vehicles being able to communicate data via satellite.

    • Workshop animation including dealer managers, technical experts (30 ppl).

    The software allows dealers to display vehicle’s data and experts to extract some data reports for further investigation.

    Planning and following deployment of Business Intelligence tool. Aim is to get automatically data from trucks (from all brands) and manage it in a central database. Experts from quality, warranty and consumerism may use these data through a web portal.

    • Collecting internal customer requirements (Quality, Warranty and Consumerism) to develop specific patterns.
