  • Amaris - Field System Engineer for Thomson-Reuters

    Genève 2013 - maintenant - Level 3 Support for customers on THOMSON-REUTERS products:
    “Software based” products (such as Eikon, Datastream, etc.) and more complex products with ultra-low latency requirement (Real-time Data Feed, Dealing) which involve client-located infrastructures (Servers, switch, router, desktops, etc.).

    - Project Management:
    Work on different kind of projects with customers and provide a technical expertise with the new products implementation, upgrades or migrations.
    For more complex infrastructures, I'm in charge to plan and perform the installations (software and infrastructures) and maintain the documentation of each site.

    - Technical Environment:
    Windows Server, Windows XP/7, Cisco, Linux (Solaris and Red Hat), Bluecoat.

    - Environment specifics:
    Customers are Banks and Medias companies. Several products are highly critical for the business of our customer, therefore I work with strict SLAs, and I must be stress resistant.

  • Amaris - IT support for Nestlé Nespresso BENELUX

    Genève 2012 - 2013 - IT supports L2/L3 for BENELUX market (Offices, Point of Sales, and Warehouses):
    Support end-user equipment such as Laptops, Desktops, Printers, VoIP phones, and few more specifics equipment in point of sales.

    - System administration:
    Maintain the BENELUX infrastructures, Active Directory, mail server (Microsoft Exchange), file server, print server, CRM, stock management (HP Asset Manager) and other. Software Deployment with LANDesk.

    - Involved on the usual day to day projects but also on a more long-term project:
    We had to organize and support a complete infrastructure migration for the BENELUX market. Migration of Windows XP to Windows 7, migration of our domain, Active Directory, Mail server, File server, Etc.

  • Amaris - IT Consultant

    Genève 2011 - 2012 - Client activities:
    In charge of the IT support for a portfolio of customers, and helps with the technical implementation. Intervention in various work environments, such as Banks, Offices, Point of Sales but also on Cargo Boats.

    - Amaris Group:
    Involved internally on the day to day IT support, and I was in charge of the IT purchasing for the Belgium Agency.

    - Amaris Group Project:
    Development of a scripts using Powershell and Vbscript to automate the deployment of Laptops and Desktops.

  • N.Schlumberger - Stagiaire technicien réseaux et télécommunication

    2011 - 2011 Conduite d’un projet concernant le regroupement de deux bâtiments :
    - Audit détaillé du réseau informatique et téléphonique existant
    - Proposition de réaménagement
    - Rédaction du cahier des charges pour un appel d’offre
    - Dépouillement des offres.
    - Planification des travaux

    Étude d’un changement d’opérateur pour la téléphonie fixe, conseil de l’offre la plus intéressante.
