    Building the company and hiring the team in all departments and set it for success. Marketing, Sales, Logistics, finance, Supply chain: Company counting 28 people at the most, managing 5 direct reports, within the executive committee.
    Responsible for the entire company strategy.

    2004 - 2009 Opening and building of the US Subsidiary.
    Taking over the distribution of the brand in the region (from the former importer).

    1999 - 2004 Starting from scratch and developing Export Sales in Europe, Middle East, US and Asian markets.
    Opened 21 markets Worldwide in 5 years (Most important: USA, Canada, UK, Japan, Hong Kong, Spain, and Dubai, South Korea).
    Managing Distributors and importers within each market, in order to grow the sales and have their team focus on our lines of products. Calling on Key retailers directly and negotiating additional promotions and items to be sold in their stores. Setting up Sales and marketing strategic plans within the importer and work closely to set common growth objectives for the LORINA brand. Conception of many sales support tools and documents adapted to each country.
    Sales Achievements: from 0 Sales to 4.8M Euros in 5 years.
