With a 14 years of experience acting as France IT Manager in addition of Italy in since April 2010, i have built over years a strong knowledge on driving and delivering projects in time and
on budget. Actively involved in all aspects of the project life-cycle, i can deliver high-value projects in matrixed organizations.

With the position I’m invested, I’m also in charge of ensuring the France IT budget is accurate

    . Identifying, costing and processing any contract variations.
    . Tracking activities against the detailed project plans.
    . Updating project plans to include agreed changes.
    . Producing accurate financial reports.
    . Monitoring actual expenditure figures against project budgets.

    Key Projects:
    - EDI Setup with Vendors and Customers.
    - European Regulation 1875 - ICS Requirements. Project to send ICS Manifest information to
    French Customs before vessels sailing from loading port at origin to Europe for security aspect.
    - Office setup / relocation for both Liner / Logistics organization in France.
    - Local VBS, ASP, PHP applications development/enhancement to provide local Staff solution
    when the Global team cannot handle.
    - Replacement of existing SIEMENS PABX with CISCO IPT solution in France which has resulted in a depth cost saving exercise for the French Branch of the Group.
