    - Supported the performance of a $100 Million Thunderbird project for Murphy (GOM); directed full scope of procurement, engineering, and installation; interfaced with the client and suppliers,

    - Orchestrated the fabrication of the subsea structures, platform equipment, and pipeline spools for the $200 Million Starfish Project for British Gas,
    - Audited suppliers locally; managed 1 major subcontract and 10 purchase orders including expediting, inspections, logistics, transportation, and managed 2 persons and their training to the role of expediters,
    - Completed project within deadline, ensured the early delivery of subsea structures and pipe components,
    - Supported collaborative efforts of the Suppliers, Technip, and the Client.
  • Saipem - Project package coordinator

    Montigny-le-Bretonneux 2012 - 2013 - Located in USA, contributed to the Subsea installation of an 18” pipeline & terminations between LULA & CERNAMBI FPSO for a $100 million Cernambi Project for Petrobras Brazil,
    - Supported the completion of engineering, fabrication, and installation operations of 4 subsea structures (PLETs, PLEM & ILT) under the supervision of the Project Manager,
    - Established efforts of the Client, Oil States USA, Saipem Brazil, and Saipem France,
    - Managed the project main subcontract being a resident at the supplier premise for 1.5 years. Managed 3 employees and subcontractor’s engineering, procurement, inspections, transportation to meet schedule and budget expectations.
  • Saipem - Subsea structure operation engineer

    Montigny-le-Bretonneux 2011 - 2012 - In Angola, directed all aspects of the load out preparations for 3 SAIPEM jumpers in Ambriz, 15 GE VETCO subsea structures, and associated flying leads in Lobito and Luanda, and the 2 ANGOFLEX infield umbilicals, including sea fastening, rigging, vessel layouts, ballasting, and coordination with agent and port authorities, to aid in the successful completion of the Kizomba Satellites Project for Exxon Mobil in Angola,
    - Coordinated the attendance to final tests (EFAT / SIT) and the load out on transportation vessels and offshore assistance for subsea installation to finalize the $47 Million (price without umbilicals) structure installation. Functioned as the Saipem representative to Client during load out at Lobito & Luanda in Angola,
    - Established and maintained the collaborative efforts of the Project Team members, port authorities, and vessels.
  • SAIPEM (groupe ENI) - Interface coordinator

    Montigny-le-Bretonneux 2009 - 2011 - Managed SAIPEM interface contractors, GE VETCO & ANGOFLEX, to complete the Kizomba Satellites Project for Exxon Mobil in Angola,
    - Coordinated 275 interface agreements, for flying leads, well jumpers, 2 infield umbilicals, and 15 subsea structures, including piles, manifolds and umbilical terminations,
    - Issued 3 installation procedures and check list manuals for the 15off GE VETCO subsea structures.
  • SAIPEM (groupe ENI) - Project lead buyer

    Montigny-le-Bretonneux 2009 - 2009 - Managed $200 million purchasing activities with successful completion of the OML58 Project for TOTAL in Nigeria,
    - Supervised 9 employees and the placement of 80 purchase orders as per project schedule and budget.
