    Courbevoie 2012 - 2014 I'm the local Chief accountant for the 4 legal entities of Experian Ltd in France. I'm risponsible for preparing local staat financial statements and ensuring the financial data quality.

    I manage a local team of 6 as well as SSC team members in a matrix organisation (Functional, local and Business unit management).

    neuilly sur seine 2010 - 2012 Located in Fegersheim (France), my team of 6 manages the Fixed assets for 8 countries in Europe : from the fixed assets creation in SAP to the follow up of the depreciation.

    The trend to centralize will make me work on the integration of new affiliates.

    neuilly sur seine 2009 - 2010 Based in France, I'm risponsible for the Purchase To Pay (Accounts Payable) process in the Finance department. It includes a major manufacturing site, the French sales affiliate for Pharma products and the one for animal Health care (Elanco).

    My main tasks were:
    -Decision on local processes
    -Project management (Six sigma green belt)
    -Quality control of our Business Partner Outsourced (HP in Poland)

    Paris 2007 - 2009 IS Team member of an automotive plant (800 employees), SAP Responsible for two divisions:
    - SAP R3: Ensure the reliability of the local environment, User creation, Plant level support (200 users),
    - SAP BW: Support (100 users), Query creation, upgrade of core versions, Training
    - Accounting SAP Key User: Creation of all Work-Instructions, Travel management deployment

    Project manager for Human resources: Time Keeping software, Down Time recorder, efficiency calculation:
    - Management of 4 persons, Report to the Plant director, Financial, HR and IT managers
    - Go-Live in time thanks to good follow-up (MS project, weekly meeting with accurate tasks dispatched…)
    - Labour efficiency calculation in BW: Design the solution, create the interface (SQL), create cubes
    - Manage the relationship with the Vendor: Purchase Order, Invoice payment, Post project negociation
