    Paris 2010 - 2014 • In charge of 3 major development programs in Paris Central Business District area:
     Phare Tower: 125,000m² GLA – 300 m high – Total Investment Cost: $ 980Mn
     Trinity Tower: 47,000 m² GLA – 140 m high – Total Investment Cost: $ 320Mn
     Valmy Hotel: 6,000 m² GLA – Total Investment Cost: $ 30Mn

    • Manage a team of 2 analysts, on every task from inception to works launch
    • Collaborate with lawyers and notaries through the whole process of land acquisition
    • Negotiate financial, preliminary works, suspensive conditions and waiver agreements of Land Sale Agreement with land owner
    • Budget & Planning monitoring, financial modeling with calculation & optimization of KPIs
    • Conduct quarterly complete projects reviews to Investment team & Top Management
    • Monitor architect and design team through all design phases
    • Coordinate design team and lawyers to obtain administrative authorizations (zoning, building permit etc). Negotiations with neighbors of waiver agreements of any recourses
