En résumé

Following a QHSE Degree; I enjoy working since 10 years for wide range of drilling contractors and diverse rig technologies. I had the opportunity to setup two QHSE departments and developed tailor-made management systems. I always provide cost conscious, realistic, accurate answers to problems but also create innovative solutions when existing options are not sufficient. My employers and clients always recognize my achievements.

    2014 - maintenant Setup a complete investigation system from the process to its implementation and improvement.
    Strengthen emergency preparedness from offshore operations to corporate response team.
    Design QHSE management tools and web-based applications.

  • Grup Servicii Petroliere - DRILLING QHSE MANAGER

    2013 - 2014 Create the QHSE Department for the drilling group.
    Develop specific management system and procedures for the drilling activity.
    Audit & maintain existing certification (ISPS, ISM, ISO 9001 / 14001, OHSAS 18001).

  • KS Drilling - QHSE REGIONAL MANAGER

    2012 - 2013 Establish the QHSE structure for Indonesia; including personnel recruitment and management system. Provide quality assurance (ISO 29001) for the entire project life, from construction to operation.
    Manage delivery of base camp and custom-made emergency vehicles.

  • KS Drilling - QHSE CORPORATE SUPERVISOR

    2011 - 2012 Conduct internal audits and follow-up external certifications.
    Support implementation of Competency Assurance Program and develop training materials.
    Provide support during critical projects such as rig moves, rig reactivation, shipyard.

  • Pride International - DRILLSHIP RIG TRAINING & SAFETY SPECIALIST

    Houston 2005 - 2011 Offshore QHSE support during operation and new built projects.
    Monitor QHSE performances, report and monitor non- conformances.
    Coordinate Competency Assurance Program onboard.
