    2006 - maintenant • Implement and Manage local accounting system in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
    • Manage financial project review process related to long and short term contract (internal and external partnerships; off-shore versus on-shore portions), risk assessment, bonding, cash flow forecast.
    • Manage financial information under IFRS for reporting and consolidation purpose: apply and implement the rules of the Reporting and Accounting Manual (RAM) and reconcile local set of accounts with IFRS consolidated accounts.
    • Perform financial cycle: 3-year plan, budget, rolling forecast; monthly, quarterly and bi-yearly reporting.
    • Report on a regular basis, major data of main contracts in the appropriate tool.
    • Prepare short, middle and long term cash forecasts; individual and consolidated forecasts with intercompany elimination;
    • Monitor the bank cash pooling mechanism; optimise cash at Group level (third party cash).
    • Manage bonds and guaranties; arbitrate between corporate and local bonding programmes; liaise with the Sectors and corporate organisation in charge of implementing.
    • Manage Internal Control : Organisation, tools, process of permanent improvement
    • Optimises tax architecture of a contract to minimise tax impact for the Group, Ensure international tax scheme.
    • Organise, optimise and use information systems, Manage, as user, the implementation of a new application.
    • Perform internal audit missions
    • Control project cost, identify and mitigates risks accordingly.
    • Prepare local financial statements according to local law.
    • Insure conformity between internal process and group procedures.
