    Currently I am supporting Iconex as a Recruiter. My daily responsibilities cover:

    • Conducting end-to-end recruitment
    • Participating in implementation of the recruitment process or improvements,
    • Building a positive image of the company,
    • Managing ATS and Talent pool,
    • Creating job descriptions and adverts,
    • Posting jobs (including additional sources and expanding those sources),
    • Setting up sourcing strategy,
    • Sourcing both active and passive candidates (job boards, social networks, search engines, forums, Boolean search),
    • Identifying top candidates,
    • Co-operating closely with Hiring Managers and HR BPs,
    • Contacting and approaching candidates (both passive and active),
    • Building a strong relationship with Sourcer
    • Conducting phone interviews / CBIs with candidates,
    • Building and maintaining a good relation with candidates and stakeholders,
    • Presenting candidates to Managers,
    • Conductingd research and market mapping,
    • Preparing analysis and reports (daily, weekly, monthly, ad-hoc),
    • Preparing account's related documents
