Laurent Aufils is a member of the Executive Operationnal Committee at Orange Business Services, in charge of Strategy and Tranformation. In this role, he defines and implement the strategy of Orange Business Services (€ 7.2bn revenue in 2017, 20 000+ employees dedicated to serving enterprises). He leads and coordinates the M&A activities. He translates the OBS strategy into actionable transformation projects with the different Business Units.

Previously, Laurent Aufils was a member of the HR Group Leadership team at Orange, in charge of HR Governance and workforce management. He directly reported to the Deputy CEO, EVP Human Resources. In this role, he provided expertise & reporting to enable executive management decision making for group-wide resource planning. He was the Chief Compliance Officer, the risk manager and Chief Security Officer of Orange Group Human Resources.

In 2012 and 2013, he led NOVA+, a major transformation programme of the innovation chain at Orange.

Laurent Aufils is recognized as a quick learner who is flexible and results focused. He has achieved or bettered his business objectives every year. He has an excellent work experience in managing complex projects in a fast paced environment.

Laurent Aufils is also a private equity investor and has been involved in the creation of small sized companies in the sector of real estate, veterinary services.
