    • Contributed to the creation of performing operation processes integrating Programs and Corporate Cash Flows accountability over the life cycle of Airbus products and related internal protocols in the new integrated Airbus.

    • Managed €30 Million Airbus Communication revamping.

    • Collaborated in Airbus valuation and its first 20-year business plan.
  • Aerospatiale - A340-500/600 Program Manager in Customer issues

    1997 - 1998 Manage the A340-500/600 development in all Customer related issues

    • Led Direct Operating Costs control in the Design and Manufacture of the new aircraft, and through the contractual management of the supply chain.

    • Managed a challenging Maturity-at-entry-into-service, ergonomics and maintainability program of the aircraft.

    • Structured the A340-500/600 total quality development, for all services: documentation, training, passenger comfort, flight and ground crew ergonomics, and configuration management.

    1994 - 1996 Manage and contract the operational performance of all Airbus Suppliers in Customer Services. Audit and develop the supply chain to deliver best-in-class Customer Services to airlines.

    • Managed over 300 supply base to achieve state-of-the-art Customer Services performance.

    • Led a piece-parts and MRO cost reduction program leading to strong recognition and prizes from American Airlines, Air Canada and Air France.

    • Developed the Airbus General Conditions of Purchase for airline support from equipment suppliers.
  • Aerospatiale - Airbus Equipment Logistics Manager

    1992 - 1994 Manage and contract the performance of Airbus and ATR avionics’ Suppliers in Logistics and Industrial workflow operations. Audit and develop the supply chain to deliver best-in-class lean supply chain to the production line.

    • Managed a 100%-successful A321 and A319 Final Assembly Line entry-into-service for the overall equipment industrial workflow.

    • Achieved tenfold stock-out reduction with 4 times higher inventory turns over a $200 Million supply chain.

    • Implemented a 4-fold contractual and industrial leadtime reduction with avionics suppliers.
  • Aerospatiale - Advanced Spacebound Program Manager

    1987 - 1992 Manage Advanced Programs for Scientific Satellites for NASA, ESA, CNES and French Ministry of Defense.

    • Won 80% of scientific satellites/probes bids with ESA, NASA, CNES (Huygens, Mars Rover, Marsnet).

    • Managed advanced projects, resource and technical management, international work sharing and financial bid.
