  Vélizy-Villacoublay 2017 - maintenant Today, as CRM Coordinator, I'm working transnationally with colleagues from across Europe. I'm responsible for organising and hosting large events involving IT and the business, broadcasting it live to different European locations. I'm acting like facilator between the business and IT teams.
  There are approximately 400 business partners to whom I communicate to regularly with relevant, timely and appropriately worded updates.

  Castres 2008 - 2008 As a trainee in the international distribution center of the Pierre Fabre laboratories located in Muret (31), my mission is to redesign the documentary quality and operational system of the site following the change of information system.
  achievements:
  - Inventory of existing documents and analyzes the impact of the change of the IS on the operators.
  - Creation of about 20 procedures (ISO 9001 & 13485 and pharmaceutical BPD & GMP) and operational procedures in dermo-cosmetological warehouse
  - Creation of a matrix of procedures and processes
  - Standardization and dissemination of good practice sheets within the warehouse
  - Awareness-raising meeting on new procedures
  - Preparation of AMDEC meetings
  
  This background work served as the basis for the construction of the SMI of the site as well as for the modeling of the key processes.
