Strongly involved in my job, I know how to manage priorities and work independently. Motivated by ambitious projects, I am rigorous and able to face with a significant work load. After fiveyears as a programme buyer I increase my sphere of operation from one to numerous different programmes that I could manage and coordinate effectively. Objectives focussed (quality, price and delivery time), I also work on establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.

    Paris 2011 - 2012 Project purchaser : responsible for the purchases of the whole projects SGDS ans BOOST.

    - Safran Global Data Services (SGDS) : Developed by Safran, SGDS is a secure database offering very high availability (99.9%), that stores and automatically processes the data collected by Aircraft Condition Monitoring Systems (ACMS). Safran thus offers its customers high-value-added services that can be accessed online via any type of terminal. SGDS will also be open to outside partners, who will contribute their own services to enrich the content.

    - Bank Of Online Services and Technologies (BOOST) : BOOST is a totally new range of integrated online services for streamlining operations. Through this unique application, Turbomeca aims to provide the helicopter industry with revolutionary world class services. BOOST will propose services in an added value, modular and very flexible offer: to smooth and facilitate operations and airworthiness tasks, to help in maintenance activities and planning, to provide tools for expertise and analysis of engine trends, to facilitate fleet and configuration management.

  • Sagem - Programmes purchaser officer - aircrafts modernization, support & AIS

    PARIS 2008 - 2011 Programmes purchaser officer: responsible for the purchases of the three following programmes: aircrafts modernization, support and aeronautical information system. (5 - 7 M€)

    Tasks:
    - Coordinate all the purchases related to the programmes by creating and implementing processes.
    - Identify potential suppliers and develop market knowledge for existent and new products and services.
    - Write and distribute complex and technical bid invitations and requests for proposals or information.
    - Evaluate bids and make recommendations based on commercial, technical and juridical factors.
    - Lead long and complex negotiation’s workshops in order to converge on the objective,
    - Negotiate and agree contracts, monitor their progress: checking costs, quality and levels of service.
    - Produce reports, statistics and implement monitoring indicators, make the information available for both colleagues and hierarchy.
    - Liase between suppliers, manufacturers and relevant internal departments (quality, programmes, export control) and users.
    - Keep contract files and use them as reference for the future: creation of master agreements.

    Portfolio:
    - Intellectual services: studies, software or product engineering, development and/or adaptation, consultancy, audit, training, maintenance repair and overhaul, etc.
    - Aeronautical Supplies: specialized equipments such as throttle hand grip, cockpit head down display, digital video recorder, air data computer, chaff and flare dispenser, specific electronic cards, test benches, etc.

    Export control coordinator:
    In order to comply with the current applicable export regulations, I was in charge to collect, for each military product, the stated export classification, so that to assess the export and re-export restrictions affecting them.
  • Turbomeca - Junior purchaser

    BORDES 2007 - 2007 Junior purchaser: Assist senior purchasers to coordinate, implement and issue a call for tender concerning the “Eole” Project : building of the brand new production plant and head quarter of Turbomeca : 15.000 m² of offices, 25.000 m² of workshops, allocated budget of 100 M€.

    Tasks (“Eole” Project):
    - Identify potential suppliers at European level.
    - Write and distribute bid invitations, requests for proposals or information.
    - Evaluate bids and make recommendations based on commercial factors.
    - Organize negotiation’s workshops in order to converge on the objective.
    - Produce reports, statistics and implement monitoring indicators.
    - Liaise between suppliers and relevant internal departments.
    Additional tasks (as junior purchaser):
    - Negotiate and agree contracts and monitor their progress: checking costs, quality and levels of service.
