I currently work for the EDF Group in Paris, where I'm in charge of following the recruitment process of engineers for my clients portfolio and of following some international recruitments for one business unit that looks for attracting english speaking people who are willing to work in France.

My main activity is to follow recruitment campaigns for the business units of the EDF Group, in order to recruit young talented engineers and to manage the associated media plan.
I also manage the relationships between the business units and the recruitment agencies.
Moreover, I set up wages studies and do many other tasks with my HR team in Paris :-)

    Paris 2011 - maintenant ‐ Follow the recruitment campaigns of young engineers and executives for the business units of the EDF Group at a national level (between 15 to 25 per year), and follow the English recruitment campaign of engineers (“Nuclear Excellence”) for the Nuclear Engineering Department of the EDF Group (once a year)
    ‐ Participate in the recruitment of engineers for recruitment campaigns
    ‐ Set up meetings before and after the launch of our recruitment campaigns between the HR of the
    business unit, the manager and the recruitment agency
    ‐ Manage the recruitment campaigns for the media plan with the communication agency, the employer
    brand department and the EDF communication department
    -­ Advertise job offers on the different job boards
    -­ Set up the wages studies for the business units and the recruitment agencies

    COURBEVOIE 2010 - 2011 ‐ Set up and advertised job offers on the HR information system in both English and French
    ­‐ Selected applicants that best fit our offers, participated in students career forums and forested the
    relationship with the recruitment agencies
    ­‐ Conducted face to face interviews with candidates for VIE contracts -­‐ Set up the candidates reports for the HR and the business managers

    2007 - 2010 ‐ Established and maintained relationships with the affiliation platforms & advertisers and with the online advertisement networks on the Spanish markets

    - Managed temporary staff: conducted test to check the know-how of applicants, registrated the candidates, followed their employment contracts, trial periods and contracts renewals, managed restaurant coupons…etc.
    - On average I had 30 to 40 vacancies to fulfill per month for this new agency
