    2012 - 2012 Myfab.com is a fast-growing ecommerce company providing made-to-order furniture produced in Asia to end-consumers in Europe.

    Member of the Executive Committee, leadership position in a global business, reporting to the CEO of Myfab with responsibility for current operations departments (Purchase/Sourcing/Quality control/Production/Logistics) and supply chain development.
    Supply Chain oversight included production planning and scheduling, demand forecasting, inventory management, quality control, order management, all logistics activities, sourcing and supplier management.
    Owner of crucial and strategic projects as Logistics Chain migration and ERP development (supply chain section).

    Responsible for all operations departments (teams of 14 peoples):
    Production and procurement:

    Sourcing:
    • 200 new products collection sourced per year.

    • 150 factories audited per year.

  • MYFAB.COM - Logistics Manager

    2010 - 2012 Managing all aspects of logistics:
    • Shipping, 1000 TEU per year
    • Warehousing, 8000sqm warehouse
    • Dispatching, 150K deliveries per year (France and Germany)

    Optimization and managing shipping, logistics and dispatching budgets, monitoring expenditure and implementing remedial saving cost measures (3 millions USD purchases per year / 20% saving in one year).

    Management and training a multi-cultural team of 6 persons (Chinese/French/German).

    Negotiated new contracts with 3PL (dispatching, shipping and logistics partners) in order to optimized all the logistics chain cost.

    Developed and implemented a new logistics map according to the new commercial strategy of the group (cost optimization, decreasing transit time, service efficiency).

    Made a significant contribution to the creation and implementation of a new ERP base on EDI exchanges with the 3PL.

    Successfully ran new logistics projects (drop-shipping, new dispatching services, new shipping routes).

    In charge of all the logistics activities:

    Coordination and monitoring of all the departments (sourcing, logistic)

    Liaise with the French head office (general manager and sales team)

    Greeting clients in China (manufactures inspection, negotiation guidance, goods inspection before shipping)

    Organize office operation and procedures

    Responsible for controlling the goods through the entire supply chain.
