En résumé

Diplômé de l'UTC Compiègne en 2005, j'ai travaillé pendant 3 ans dans le secteur automobile au sein d'équipementiers automobiles.

Depuis plus de 5 ans, je suis basé en Belgique, et ai travaillé au sein d'un équipementier aéronautique dans la région de Zaventem et suis en charge du développement des activités qualité fournisseurs dans le domaine aéronautique pour des clients de type Bombardier, Airbus, Boeing, Gulfstream.

Actuellement, je travaille au sein de la division Aéronautique de Honeywell pour la région Europe Middle East & Afrique.

    Responsible for all bearings parts, machining components and sub-assemblies

    --> Main tasks & responsibilities:
    • Control and Manage process and product quality at suppliers
    (North America, UK, LCC,…)
    o Perform system, process and product quality audits at suppliers
    o Compile audit reports and subsequent corrective action reports
    o Follow up on the actions from audits
    o Perform follow-up audits according to AS9100
    • Assess and evaluate system and process quality of potential new supplier in supplier selection phase (Qualification phase for new programs)
    • Manage supplier quality in production phase
    o Analyse reported quality problems with supplier parts
    o Compile correctives actions reports upon rejections
    o Follow up implementation of correctives actions
    o Provide and report the quality metrics for supplier follow-up
    • Support and manage the launch of new parts, projects or new suppliers
    o Perform Quality Plan prior to production
    o Perform FAI (First Article Inspections)
    • Continuously improve quality performance of suppliers and subcontractors
    o Kaizen, Lean implementation at Supplier with support of supply chain team (Logistic, Buyer, SQA)
