DIOR : Technical project manager (2014/10 to 2015/10) 9 months + 5months
Technical support and technical infrastructure set up for the upgrade of the REFLEX and MOVEX solutions, embedded on the AS400. Set up the technical environment « DEV-RCT », « PREPROD », « PROD », followed by tests to confirm that they run correctly, in integration and UAT phases. Lead of the technical customer team, and other company involved in this project.
Followed by a project of DRP on these solutions

SNCF : Incident manager on the video protection (2013/07 to 2013/06) 11 months
Interface between the customer and the IT team who manages the support on the video protection subject. Follow-up of the level of the quality through indicators. Dashboard for monitoring the evolution of the video cameras.

Minkels : After sales projet manager (2012/10 to 2013/05) 8 months
After-sale Engineer in infrastructure solutions on data center fields, cold corridor or hot corridor designed and retrofit. Set up some smart solutions: « HID handle system, electrical system statement by phase within a rack, smart PDU, basic PDU, and rack monitoring ».

SNCF : Level 2 Technical support on the video protection (2011/03 à 2012/10) 18 months
Level 2 Technical support for the video protection on « transilien » stations in « Ile de France », computer troubleshooting on the video protection software, linkage recording loop to save the camera recording on a storage site (park of 8000 video camera) located in each station (380 stations), technical expert for the crisis management unit.

IBM BCRS : Project manager (2007/09 to 2010/09) 36 months
Command center Design Project. This project is launched to centralize some information like the temperature, humidity, the entry and the exit of people and materials, the electrical room consumption, as well as electrical consumption of equipment. The scope of this project is all IBM data center in France (13 data centers) and in Europe (~ 20 data centers).
