     Lead the corporate project of continuous process improvement (P3E) and promote Kaizen initiatives in the Sales and Marketing cell in Singapore.

Supported more than 80 sales campaigns in 18 countries generating sales worth over $1.7 billion. Contributed significantly to the Bronze certification of the P3E Program in the Asia Pacific cell.

    2007 - 2008 Responsible for supporting sales campaign of the Asia-Pacific commercial aircraft business unit.
     Coordinate critical sales and contract-related information from the business unit’s commercial strategy to respective departments, providing clarification and scheduling internal alignment meetings.
     Negotiate and arbitrate conflicts across different departments, ensuring the appropriate approvals as per corporate directives.
     Oversee the outcomes of each area in order to produce a cohesive and unified response to the customer.
    Accomplishment: Participated in the negotiation and execution of the first transaction in Japan – Japan Airlines.
  • Embraer S.A. (Brazil) - Sales Contract Administrator

    2006 - 2007 Responsible for managing and amending contracts developed by USA and Asia-Pacific business units.
     Monitor all contract-related deliverables and deadlines interacting with various decision-making levels internally as well as with the customer.
     Support the business units with current and accurate contractual information in case of new negotiations of incremental order.
    Accomplishment: Managed the agreement of the first E-Jet customer in India – Paramount Airways.
  • Embraer S.A. (Brazil) - Strategic Procurement Analyst, Purchasing Department

    2003 - 2006 Responsible for creating, designing and establishing internal procurement processes at the company’s corporate and global headquarters.
     Train purchasing staff to comply with the new tools and processes developed with the module of DMS of SAP 4.7.
    Accomplishment: Developed, coordinated, implemented and executed an all-new price-hedging model involving Treasury, Purchasing and Sales Departments to be applied in all future negotiations by the company - worldwide.
  • Embraer S.A. (Brazil) - Industrial Integration Analyst

    1999 - 2003 Responsible for assisting in the process of defining the company’s brand industrial and aircraft production site (Gavião Peixoto facility).
     Plan agendas and meetings with governmental entities for final approval of the plant construction. Intensively report information to/from the government agencies.
    Accomplishment: Managed the contract of the joint-venture between Kawasaki Heavy Industries and Embraer.
